Caffe Luxxe: Lip Balm Packaging + Campaign

the client
Caffe Luxxe wanted to expand into trending bath and body products without compromising their values of authenticity, quality, and local craftsmanship. The goal was to create something both covetable and rooted in their West LA origins.
the problem
How do you enter a crowded self-care market without losing what makes you different? The challenge was creating a product that would feel as intentional and luxurious as their coffee—while still being on-trend, giftable, and easy to scale online and in-store.
the  solution
We developed a full creative and marketing campaign to launch their hero lip balm product, made with ingredients sourced and formulated in Los Angeles. From packaging and in-store signage to a full-scale digital strategy, we turned a beauty product into a brand moment. Our team led influencer seeding, giveaways, and an integrated UGC campaign paired with ad management—driving over 2M organic impressions and selling 3,000 units online and 7,000 in-store.
Locally made. Strategically sold.

We designed the product packaging to feel like a luxury find with a hometown heart—refined, minimalist, and rooted in Caffe Luxxe’s signature visual language. From the outer box to the shelf signage, everything was made to feel giftable, shoppable, and unmistakably Luxxe. The lip balm wasn’t just an add-on—it was the start of a new product chapter.

the  project
Launching a locally made lip balm with a global feel—sold online, in-store, and all over your Instagram feed.

A Skincare Moment, Made in LA

To get it into hands, we crafted a full-funnel marketing campaign that blended brand with community. This included influencer gifting, a coordinated UGC campaign with paid ads, strategic giveaways, and promotional sales on the Luxxe app. The result? Over 10,000 units sold and over 2 million organic impressions—proof that even a lip balm can carry the full weight of a brand story.
