To launch three new blush shades (and amplify their hero sunscreen), Kosas needed a high-impact, highly aesthetic physical brand moment that could cut through the digital noise—and actually convert. They wanted a real-world campaign that felt like a brand takeover, while still being rooted in community and culture.

We partnered with Kosas to execute a four-location, weekend-long physical and digital brand takeover. Kosas merchandised all of our clients’ cafés overnight—adding product shelves, window decals, color-matched signage, and full brand visuals. We matched every element—drinks, cookies, and even event styling—to the new blush shades for a multi-sensory, fully immersive experience. We also led the content strategy and execution, including reels, static posts, influencer partnerships, UGC creators, and giveaway campaigns. Press? We handled that too—with articles and coverage locked in to extend the momentum.

From the second the sun came up, the hype was real. Lines formed two hours before opening as Kosas fans waited for custom drinks, free product giveaways, and the chance to see the takeover IRL. We concepted and executed every creative element—from flavor-matching lattes and cookies to in-store layout flow and influencer engagement. The result was four fully branded cafés and a two-day moment that took over the LA beauty scene.

On the backend, we ran everything from press pitching to content capture. Our campaign generated over 4 million impressions in the first 72 hours, drove hundreds of new customers to our cafés, and flooded social media with UGC.
